We are looking for a talented Design Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging digital content for our brands. You will play a vital role in the overall creative strategy to enhance the online presence of our brands and their customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source and oversee external copywriters, videographers, and photographers.
• Produce marketing content including product photos, stage images, videos, brochures, and product descriptions.
• Engage in all aspects of branding, from developing mood boards to designing websites.
• Ensure all creative assets are completed on time and meet quality standards.

In this role, you will develop consumer goods for various brands and categories, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and textiles. This position is unique, covering every supply chain aspect from initial concept to manufacturing, encompassing design, marketing materials, and financial goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct market research to identify products for development.
• Make design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Find and build relationships with potential manufacturers in Europe to ensure top-quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Oversee the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure products comply with US trade regulations.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Maintain daily communication with a network of over 100 entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

As the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Design - Digital, you will lead and manage the Customer Experience Design-Digital team. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing the digital experience for customers across various touchpoints. You will identify opportunities and manage the development of digital solutions throughout the customer journey roadmap. Additionally, you will research and implement digital products and services that align with the brand values, providing a more personalized and integrated digital customer journey. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of innovation strategy from concept to development and integration into everyday business operations. Responsibilities:

Operational:

• Develop and direct research-based design efforts aimed at continuous improvement of current products and services, generating new experience concepts across all areas of the customer journey. Convey these concepts to the IT & Digital team as technical specifications, design, and business/scope requirements.
• Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features through active user research and performance metrics, including competitor analysis and design workshops.
