Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates and monitors the deliverables and execution of maintenance program of the Bank's premises Supports day-to-day facilities management including but not limited to repair & maintenance works, equipment and furniture; procurement of goods and services, inventory control, evaluation of service quality, contract administration and supervision of cleaning services for the Banks' portfolios Supports new site take over and hand over works and all necessary procedures Supports and drives Environment, Health and Safety objectives Vendor management and monitors performance of external vendors, liaises with both internal and external parties to ensure the deliverables are meet with the Banks' requirements Prepares & manages OPEX ; reviews and monitors the budget implementation. Conduct impact analysis on new regulations from global and local regulators. Partner with the business and support partners to prioritise, sponsor, and implement multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or market requirements. Implement new processes, procedures, and controls across the markets front office. Manage the interaction with support functions as needed to support regulatory requirements. Assess the global impact of new/proposed/amended regulations on the global market business. Manage the project life cycle from inception through to implementation of the solution. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Conduct post-implementation reviews to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realisation. Provide training to markets front office on new regulatory requirements, processes, and controls. Host and lead regular regulatory reform workgroup meetings. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. 6+ years of experience in regulatory change management in a bank or financial institution and relevant experiences gained in Global Markets. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Excellent in project management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
