We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join our Pici Sha Tin, the destination for hand-rolled pasta made fresh daily in New Town Plaza. You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold, and pasta production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
