Responsibilities: Provide courteous and efficient service and, where possible, to comply with each and every guest request Assign rooms according to guest requirements and update room status regularly Work closely with the Housekeeping Department.
Requirements: Certificate / Diploma holder in Hotel or Tourism Management preferred Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experiences Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English and Putonghua Less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
