We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to oversee our engineering and maintenance operations of our manufacturing plant in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in facility engineering, with a proven track record in management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and water supply systems etc.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Ensure facilities projects are completed effectively, adhering to strict budgetary requirements, timetables, and safety and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine evaluations of specialized systems to make sure all the setting can meet the safety guidelines and legal requirements.
• Overseeing workplace examinations, safety audits, and security evaluations to guarantee a law-abiding and safe working environment.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facility engineering or a similar role.
• Have experience with GMP or HACCP standards in the Pharmaceutical, manufacturing or food industry, which will be an advantage.
• Prior management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and water supply systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

- 能看懂設備的原理圖紙,並能獨立維修機械、電氣、氣動等專業設備。

Understand equipment schematics and drawings, and can independently maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

- 確保廠房生產設備正常運作

Ensure the operation of production equipment

- 定期檢查, 保養及緊急維修生產設備

Regularly inspect, maintain, and conduct emergency repairs on production equipment.

- 依6S要求,對設備的備件、維修工具等進行分類管理,並保持合理的庫存水平

Manage and categorize equipment parts, maintenance tools and maintain reasonable inventory levels.

Holding Grade "A"/"B" Electrical Work Certificate

• 具維修及保養經驗者優先考慮

Candidates with repair and maintenance experience will be given priority
