DescriptionInput data to payroll system (Tips on Bills, Shift Allowance, Commission, Incentive, etc and deduction)Handle payroll account reconciliation Preparation of payroll reconciliationPreparation of payment vouchers & cheque payments to staffPreparation of pension statement & contribution paymentCompute an amount of earning to Labour Department and Insurance Co. for employee injury caseMaintain and update the employee records from the computerized payroll systemPrepare staff reimbursement claim form to Paymaster and upload to systemProcess corporation credit card expenses reports and upload to system ProfileA minimum of 2-3 years' experience handling payroll.Knowledge of Hong Kong Salaries Tax and/or China Individual Income Tax Rules.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Professional in outlook, attitude and appearance.Fluent in English and Cantonese with ability to speak Putonghua an advantage.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot table and VLOOKUP.
