Responsibilities

Conduct regular auditor on maintenance quality, modernization in process check and handover, update to corresponding scorecard
Review results with auditees and propose improvement actions
Consolidate finding from audits and provide regular presentation to management with improvement proposal/program
Conduct training on quality and safety aspects to frontlines to achieve ongoing improvement
Provide consultation on Work Instruction content

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree holder with relevant qualifications in quality, engineering and industrial discipline preferred
At least 3 years work experience in quality & field operation. Lift and escalator field experience is preferred
Familiar withISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), ISO45001 (Health & Safety), ISO50001 (Energy) audits
Self-initiative, possess high level of resilience in driving change across regions
Good analytical, planning, organizing and interpersonal
Possess teamwork spirit and collaboration skills
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

駕駛輕型貨車外勤工作,替客戶處理蟲害、除霉、消毒及除甲醛問題
戶外工作
需持有輕型貨車駕駛執照者
工作時間 : 每星期六天 (星期一至六)
日班: 8:30-17:30
夜型: 16:00-02:00
工作地點：遍佈香港、九龍、新界, 觀塘貨倉
Provide pest control services and the mould /Disinfection service to our clients
Outdoor work
Holding light good vehicle is a MUST for Driver position
Available to work Monday - Saturdays
Day Shift: 8:30 -17:30
Night Shift: 16:00-02:00
Work location: HK, KLN, NT, Kwun Tong Warehouse

Responsibilities:

Support the sales and business development of maintenance & repair service by providing service related products with a desire to succeed in a competitive market
Nurture and expand the current client base, defend the existing accounts through good customer relationship
Promote value of the company and services to secure new accounts

Requirements:

Degree holder in any discipline, major in Engineering /Sales & Marketing is an advantage
1-2 years of business development or sales experience in MNC
Experience in lift industry is a definite advantage
Confident, aggressive, self-motivated, customer focus and strong desire to succeed in a Sales and business development career
Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
