About the Role
WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
University students who are curious about insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Internship Period: 11 June 2024 to 16 August 2024
The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and develop:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Leadership and Talent Management, you may be involved in
- Assisting in organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Maintaining accurate records of training attendance and completion
- Involving in sourcing and liaising with vendors for the procurement of training service and related materials
- Compiling training and talent management reports including monitoring of sponsorship and membership claims, and analyzing data for improvement
- Performing Learning Admin Specialist role in Workday including handling employee enquiries, and support ongoing transformation efforts related to learning processes
What you will need:
- Students from all background and field of study who are in your penultimate year of study
- Excellent teammate and curious learner
- Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office
