You will work alongside a supervisor and be responsible for table service in your section. You will be responsible to take orders, serve food and drinks, make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation
• Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
• Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
• Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant
• Provide support to Restaurant Manager in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
• Control stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensure service requirements are met

Job Description

The Account Manager of We Are Social will be responsible for social media communication project management for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams and show a strong enthusiasm for We Are Social and everything we represent.

As an Account Manager, You will:

● Offer professional social media marketing service to our clients;

● Receive briefs from clients, organise brainstorming with creative team, lead operations team to finish the cost estimation & operational proposals, and consolidating final proposal under the instruction of key direction & strategy from Account Directors;

● Proceed with contract process and payment issues with finance team;

● Ensure completion of daily jobs/tasks with efficiency and in a result-driven manner;

● Complete monthly/quarterly data analysis and report for clients (with the help of third party partners);

● Conduct social listening for both clients and competitors；

● Proposal drafting & consolidation during project pitch preparation, as well as for all BAU materials;

● At least 3 years working experience in the field of social media and/or performance marketing;

● Knowledge in social media platform best practices, media buy strategy, Google ads, etc

● Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote

● Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages, both in terms of speaking & writing

● Open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems.

As a Customer Success Manager at BridgeU, you will be a key player in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our school counsellor clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of 120 schools. You will play a critical role in driving the voice of the customer, managing renewals, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams.

Responsibilities

School Counselor Impact:

• Work closely with school counsellors to understand their unique goals and challenges.
• Develop strategies to drive impact and ensure the effective utilisation of BridgeU's platform.

Caseload Management:

• Manage a caseload of 120 schools, providing proactive support and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.

Voice of the Customer:

• Act as the primary advocate for school counsellors within the organisation.
• Capture and document customer feedback, feature requests, and other insights to drive continuous improvement.

Renewals Process:

• Manage the renewal process for assigned schools, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs.

Retention Rates:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise customer retention rates.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to mitigate the risk of customer churn.

Client Meetings and Record Keeping:

• Conduct regular client meetings in accordance with the Customer Success framework.
• Record all client interactions, feedback, and action items via Catalyst, our internal CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the edtech sector.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Catalyst or similar customer management tools is a plus.

• Act as the company champion when handling customer support requests, incidences and queries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and provide high quality support to customers through online chat and email, utilising our range of support software to do this.
• Effectively triage, troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries in a considerate and timely manner.
• Work closely with the teams across BridgeU including, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure timely and effective customer resolutions.
• Act as the Voice of Customer within BridgeU, highlighting customer feedback and requests to wider business.
• Maintain our company data and records to ensure our knowledge base remains up to date and relevant.
• Create and maintain our customer education materials as needed, including help centre documentation, BridgeU community and our new product feature releases.

Requirements

• English at native level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience working within a similar role within customer support. Extra points if you have technical troubleshooting experience within a support capacity.
• Be a self-starter, willing to proactively learn about our tech and industry whilst working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be very tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools, systems and processes very quickly.
• Strong attention to detail along with high levels of organisational skills and time management skills.
• Experience using ticketing systems - we use Zendesk at BridgeU.
