We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.
Outcomes:
1/ Data reliability Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.
2/ Dashboard creation and management - Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise - Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards - Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created - Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards - Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived
3/ Documentation Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
4/ Data quality recommendations Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.
5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.
To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst.

The Infopro Digital Business Exec position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. This role will sell enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to new clients, whilst working alongside the Account Management team to ensure clients buy our full suite of products. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with the company's goals and targets in the global financial market.
Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring the successful closure of deals. This includes conducting presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of financial institutions
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing client expansion
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global financial markets, focusing on investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintech firms, and other financial institutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of contracts, onboarding, and service delivery.
Networking and Industry Events: Represent the company at global financial conferences, networking events, and trade shows. Establish a presence in key industry forums to build brand recognition and attract new business.
Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on business development progress, sales pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership. Use CRM and other tools to track and manage sales activity and opportunities.

Excellent Time Management: Must have the ability to spin a lot of plates. Having various ongoing deals in play at any one time whilst not losing sight of any next step.
Goal Oriented: Must be motivated by sales targets and consistently striving to meet or exceed them.
Tech Savvy: Being proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and progress on leads.
A minimum of 1-3 years of successful proactive business development, sales, marketing, or lead generation/enablement experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience selling business to business (B2B) with a track record of overachieving sales goals
Must live within commutable distance of our London office and commit to being in at least 3 days a week
An understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients’ needs is a strong plus

Prenetics is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Scientist & Laboratory Manager to lead our clinical research and development (R&D) projects and team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the clinical research and development (R&D) team, serve as project manager, and perform research activities. You will also be responsible for supporting the trouble shooting of the clinical service. You will independently and proactively identify process issues and recommend solutions given critical timelines. This work is interdisciplinary and involves collaboration with lab operation scientists, R&D scientists, as well as the bioinformatics and clinical team. You will have ample opportunity to significantly contribute to the development of our evolving technologies. You will report to the Chief Scientific Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Development and Optimization:
Develop, test, and refine the experimental workflow to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency in generation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
Collaborate with laboratory testing personnel, R&D team members, and bioinformatics & clinical team for the development of workflow.
Lead Clinical R&D Team:
Lead the team of clinical R&D members and monitor their day-to-day activities.
Interact with stakeholders, such as Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Senior Research Scientist, to transform the company level R&D and production requirements into operations.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with genomic scientists, clinical researchers, bioinformatics team, marketing team, and operation teams etc to develop and optimize the workflow for the implementation of the R&D results to real production mode.
Provide comprehensive support to existing R&D projects, including but not limited to troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
Research Samples Management for R&D Service:
Build, curate, and maintain databases to record all research samples.
Arrange the clinical samples for different research projects and test for the performance of genetic tests.
Handle clinical samples.
Person-in-charge and backup of all research projects.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Stay updated on emerging bioinformatics methodologies, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
In charge the Prenetics Laboratory:
Monitor, maintain, and lead the Prenetics laboratory.
In-charge-of all daily R&D activities in the Prenetics laboratory.
Monitor all purchasing and laboratory equipment maintenance activities.
Required: MSc in Biomedical science, life sciences or related field.
Required: With at least 10 years’ working and management experience in the industry in the molecular biology field is preferred.
Required: Strong hands-on experience and knowledge in NGS (WES & WGS), qPCR, microarray technologies, and other molecular technologies.
Required: Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Part I, holder for at least 5 years.
Required: Strong experience and detailed understanding of the molecular test and genetic test, with at least 10 years’ experience in the industry is preferred.
Required: Eagerness in taking ownership of day-to-day R&D works and support operations.
Required: Comprehensive knowledges in ISO15189 and CAP systems
