This person will join the CONTROLS sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, achieve yearly sales target, and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.
How you will do it
Explore and develop new customer base with such Facilities Management, Property Developer,
Grow Building Solution business, meet and exceed sales plan
Provide professional best fit Enterprise Solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly systems
Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and solution.
Participate in sales team for pre-sales activities and design energy saving solution
Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors
What we look for
Required
Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
With minimum 6 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling Enterprise Solutions
Solid experience in managing and promote Enterprise Solutions such as BMS, Surveillance system, Access Control , IOT , Digitalization
Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
Able to handle and solve problems independently.
Highly adaptable and result driven
Highly commercial and entrepreneurial
Self motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plan
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer
Preferred
Experience in building solution / Cloud service solution related industry would be an advantage
Self-motivated, hardworking and positive

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will oversee the media buying strategies for our clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and across the broader APAC region.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Create data-driven lead generation campaigns, working with vendors to influence strategy
Manage media budgets and planning conversations with client
Collaborate with global publishers to increase content partnerships for the client
Review and develop our Media Buying processes and efficiencies to facilitate and support this growing part of the business
Build relationships with ad technology partners, and publishers and develop a POV regarding recommendations
Enable the Jellyfish Client Management to upskill and allow access to improved inventory sources and the ability to take on different Client Categories that require this inventory
