As a partner to the senior management team / functional leaders to formulate and executive HR strategy and initiatives In charge of the end to end recruitment activities across LOBsPrepare and support continuous headcount planning and budgetsFacilitate continuous improvements on overall HR policies, C&B and talent managementHandle daily admin and payroll tasksSupport on any ad hoc projects
Your ProfileDegree in Human Resources / Business / Commerce / related fields.6+ years of relevant all rounded HR Admin experience;Hands-on, strong business acumen with high commitment Speaks fluent English and CantoneseImmediately Available is preferred
