About the Role

We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join our Kowloon Bay kitchen, in making fresh pasta and delicious pizza for delivery.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and pasta production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Setting up work sections
• Preparing hot and cold dishes
• Supporting your colleagues when needed
• Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all time

• At least 1 year experience in kitchen
• Possess a genuine interest in cooking
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous

• Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
• Answer customer inquiries, including loan application, cases follow-up
• Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
• Assist in processing customer applications referred by telesales, communicate with different departments and follow up on customer application progress

• Familiar with the latest mortgage loan lending operations and business models
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred

• Promote all type of loan services to new and existing clients
• Promote loan refinance service to existing clients
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up loan applications
• Cooperate with Service Ambassador to maintain daily branch operation
• Collect market information for product positioning
• Perform outside work when necessary
