About the Role

Duties / Accountabilities:

• Handle provider claims according to internal guidelines
• Handle enquires from internal & external customers, provide solutions and information within standard turnaround time
• Manage dispute and complaint related to network service in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines
• Maintain update of network system and its administration
• Identify and investigate suspicious / fraudulent claims including escalation to superior(s)
• Assist in system enhancement and workflow revision to meet our customers’ needs and services standards
• Backup other teams in reaching Company’s services standard;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requestment:

• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical claims, customer services or complaint management
• Professional qualification in FLMI, FLHC, etc. will be an advantage
• Familiar with operation of medical claims and healthcare network providers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities and well-organized
• Flexible and customer-oriented
• Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

SE Job Overview:

Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role with focus on customer/partners and is part of the sales organization. The SE’s primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions to our customers. To be effective, an SE needs to have excellent technical skills and knowledge on both F5 products and the “eco-system” that we work in. Fear not, we do provide training and certification to keep abreast with these critical skills!

The high-level objective is to achieve the allocated sales target and selling relevant F5 solutions and products to our customers business needs, in partnership with the Sales Account Manager. From our customer(s) perspective, the SE is a trusted adviser who proactively learns and understands their technical and business challenges and is able to propose effective solutions to mitigate their concerns/offer gainful solutions. The F5 SE not only presents the technical features but also business benefits in the Technical Value Proposition.

What you’ll do:

•      Articulate the F5 product strategy, messaging and positioning F5’s value proposition and solutions for customer business objectives

•      Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, proof of concepts by various mediums – in-person/virtual presentations, white boards etc

•     Determine viability of opportunity and map out organizational structure.

•      Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager, by identifying the Technical Decision Maker, getting their technical validation, support, and sponsorship. 

•      Consistently provide world-class customer service through the customer life cycle

•      Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources, share best practices, updates, offer and seek expertise as the need arises in various opportunities.

How you’ll do it:

•      Experience in secure on-prem and cloud architectures and design 

•      Experience with one or more public/private cloud vendors and automation toolsets

•      Experience with microservices orchestration solutions (eg: OpenShift, Kubernetes)

•      Experience in ADC market, SaaS technologies, and cyber Security market and technique

•      Speak at industry/customer events, publishing solution articles, tech-tips etc

•      Has positive mindset under pressure environment

•      Confident to share best practice and provide advice to customers

•      Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang, etc.)

What you’ll bring:

•      Minimum of 6 + years of related industry experience

•      BS/BA in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline

•      Strong knowledge of networking, application security, CDN, DDoS etc

•      Hands-on experience in CI/CD or Automation tools, or F5 and similar industry solution deployment is a plus

•      Experience in ADC market and technologies

•      Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles, using tools such as TF or CF

•      Public/Private Cloud Certification is a must

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Workflow Management

Ensure the centre’s environment, traffic, resources and service workflow are smooth and proper.

• Serve as the centre in charge when superior is not around and to oversee the PRC service at Wealth Select Centre on Saturday and Public Holidays.
• Do good traffic control.
• Make good resources' planning.
• Customer enquiries, requests and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
• Implement documented procedures, service benchmarks, regulatory requirements, company’s policies and practices.
• Give appropriate advices or approval on customer requests in relation to policy matters with reference to applicable guidelines.
• Resolve complaints escalated from subordinates
• Create good customer experience via seamless workflow and collaboration with working partners.

Staff Training and Mentoring

Act as a trainer and monitor team members’ performance.

• Identify training needs of team members on both hard and soft skills and prepare pertinent training plans.
• Report regularly to superior(s) on team members’ performance.
• Empower team members to work towards Company’s service direction.

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality services are provided to customers and strike for service excellence.

• Uplift service standard, consistency, alignment and flexibility.
• Make market intelligence and benchmarking. Bring in good practices.
• Collect customer feedback and take improvement actions where necessary.
• Update service manuals/guidelines/procedures.
• Conduct investigation for complaint/non-compliant cases and report findings timely.
• Take corrective/remedial action to salvage operations deficiencies/service gaps.

Report Management

Prepare reports with quality and within timeline.

• Consolidate and analyze data
• Identify areas for improvement and action plans.

Stakeholder Management

Build up close and cordial relationship across teams to facilitate daily operations.

• Mitigate team conflicts and communication problems.
• Maintain harmonious relationship.
• Be responsive to enquiries and requests.
• Balance the interests of different parties.

Advocate of CETP and EODB

Act as an advocate of CETP and EODB to facilitate the development of CETP and EODB in S&O.

• Participate in service enhancement related projects.
• Engage team members in support of CETP and EODB.
