Conduct impact analysis on new regulations from global and local regulators. Partner with the business and support partners to prioritise, sponsor, and implement multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or market requirements. Implement new processes, procedures, and controls across the markets front office. Manage the interaction with support functions as needed to support regulatory requirements. Assess the global impact of new/proposed/amended regulations on the global market business. Manage the project life cycle from inception through to implementation of the solution. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Conduct post-implementation reviews to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realisation. Provide training to markets front office on new regulatory requirements, processes, and controls. Host and lead regular regulatory reform workgroup meetings.
