Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
• Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain the brand image.

• Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices

• Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Gather guests' feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints

• 3+ years experience in hospitality industry
• Strong management skill with a positive mindset and friendly image
• Understanding in MS Office

About the Role

We're now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join The Pizza Project Wan Chai, the friendly outpost of our pizza restaurant for the people on Star Street.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top-quality, high-volume venue.
