Responsibilities
- Supports and ensures smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud services, web systems, etc
- Manage and co-ordinate with vendors to deliver professional IT services. Such as system application & maintenance, Website maintenance, monitoring of information systems including Microsoft application & email enhancement
- Solid experience with virtualization technologies, cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, encryption technology, and backup and recovery solutions
- Establishing and maintaining IT systems and work procedures to ensure the security of the company's systems, networks, data, and risk management
- Degree in computer science, financial engineering, Information Technology, or science-related fields
- 8 - 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry with proven project implementation/system support/helpdesk experience
- Excellent problem-solving, independently, able to work under pressure
- Python/C++/JavaScript and SQL/NoSQL experience
