- Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
- Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness with a full-funnel strategy and data-driven marketing practices
- Assist to develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms and online channels coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
- Drive the digital growth and performance marketing plan, such as SEO, SEM, social media, YouTube, roadshows, events, partnership etc.
- Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Liaise with external agency and partner to drive digital marketing excellence
- Monitor the budget and digital platform performance, trend and provide insight
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior
- Degree holder with minimum 6 years of experience in the fields of digital and social media marketing
- Ability to think innovatively with a digital-savvy mindset
- Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
- Capability to lead agencies to develop and execute effective adverting and media plan
- Proactive in following up projects
- Analytical and with good numeric sense
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English
