About the Role
Calling for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Fintech Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the financing and ecommerce industries, understand the merchant journey firsthand, and contribute to enhancing the customer experience through your research findings and recommendations. This internship will provide you with exposure to market dynamics, an entrepreneurial environment, and mentorship from our senior executives.
What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research on the ecommerce industry, focusing on key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze and evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying potential market gaps and areas for improvement as a fintech financing platform
- Potentially stablish an e-shop on one of the ecommerce platforms to gain firsthand experience as an ecommerce merchant and understand the user journey.
- Track and monitor the performance of the e-shop, including sales, customer interactions, and user experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and complaints to identify pain points and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer experience, to gather insights and align strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations to share findings, insights, and recommendations with the executive team.
