About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join Chaiwala, our colourful and vibrant Indian enclave on Wyndham Street.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards.

Duties & Responsabilites
- Prepare your section for service
- Cook dishes on time to the restaurant's standards
- Supporting your colleagues when needed
- Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
- manage and control your stock
- At least two years experience as a Curry Chef in a quality Indian restaurant
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, specifically in Indian Curry
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous

- Salary of HKD 22,000 - HKD 24,000
