Position Purpose:
Oversees all Analysis, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities performed for the Joint Ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month end closing process, ensure completion and accurate financial reporting deliverable.
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions
- Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity
- Provide support on annual budget, periodical forecast, cash flow projection in accordance with management assumptions and commercial data
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth flow of audit process
- Liaise with tax representatives and professionals regarding the tax and other relevant matters
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Degree qualified or other professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years’ post-graduation experience
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standard, statutory accounting and reporting.
- Familiar with corporate financial system and process, proficient in corporate tax management and related tax laws and regulations
- Mature, independent and work well under pressure.
- With SAP knowledge preferred
