Responsibilities: Introduce and serve French pastry, chocolates, macarons and coffee to customers Maintain smooth daily shop operations by keeping a properly maintained store with optimal inventory level Stock inventory check and replenishment Handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints
Working Location: Tai Wai / Kai Tak / Kwun Tong
Requirements: Form 5 or above Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated, independent and customer-oriented Passionate in French pastry, coffee and food culture Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
