Job Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties and handling of all operational matters for the fashion retail business Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication Prepare internal/external correspondences, reports, meeting materials & notes Undertake ad hoc research on business projects and market information as required Assist in operations of pop up stores and bazaar Assist in preparing operational budget, monitoring expenses vs. budget Assist in reviewing and communication of operational policies and procedures of stores Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements: Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines Min. 3 years' experience in operations or office administration. Experience in fashion retail would be an advantage High proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot table), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese Independent with strong analytical skills, business acumen & detail-oriented Effective planning and organizing skills with ability to work in fast-paced environment Presentable, good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people from different levels and with strong sense of responsibility and integrity Able to work under pressure Immediate available is preferred
