Working in a team and reporting into the Regional Head of Business Compliance, the incumbent will: Advise any compliance related matters to the APAC primary (DCM) and secondary markets (FICC sales and trading) Advise business on any regulatory changes and developments that could affect and need amendment to their existing compliance practice Work closely with the global compliance teams to ensure standards of conducts Keep abreast of any rules and regulations to mitigate any risks against the regulators Work with other functions to ensure that all policies/procedures adhere to the regulatory requirements Liaise with related regulators on any inquiries, audits and questionnaires To be eligible for this role you will require: A relevant degree in Law, Finance, Business or related disciplines 10+ years of relevant advisory experience from sizable banks Sound knowledge in FICC and DCM compliance space is a must Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business under pressure Proficiency in English and Cantonese is highly preferred Please contact Venus Ip at +852 6380 0256 or email your CV directly in word format to [email protected] Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
