Title: VP, Compensation & Benefits - Global International Bank Location: Hong Kong About the Role: Our client is a global international bank who is looking for a VP Compensation & Benefits to join their team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement C&B programs and process across the region, and advise on all C&B related matters to ensure alignment with business strategies Manage ongoing initiatives on year-end compensation process and benchmarking etc. Drives operational efficiency and responsible for implementing a strategic approach to reward programmes and processes for HR and the business working in partnership with other HR disciplines and functions. Develops and enhances the reward capability of in-country HR team members in the region. Review benefits design and delivery for country, track market and regulatory trends Leads, including design and execution of ad hoc reward projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of compensation & benefits role, ideally within financial services/MNC environment Solid experience in formulating and implementing reward initiatives. Extensive and diverse knowledge on HR and rewards strategies and practices gained from industry or global firms Highly sensitive to numbers and details Excellent in analytical, communication and presentation skills Ability to work in matrix organsations A team player as well as working independently Interested?
