Responsibilities: Lead various server teams to ensure optimal performance of IT systems Supervise the team to manage Mainframe administration functions, Unix & Linux server administration functions, and Windows server administration functions Plan, direct, coordinate, and control the delivery of IT infrastructure services. Ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time and adhere to the Bank's standard procedures. Assist in preparing the department budget and proposals. Provide IT and business users with system performance support and recommendations for improvements. Prepare strategic plans and proposals for IT deployment aligned with the Bank's business strategy. Requirements: University graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science or related subjects; OR At least 8 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the banking industry. Solid experience in IT server platforms such as Mainframe, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc. In-depth knowledge of server platform automation, security, virtualization, vulnerability & patch management. Experience in cloud server management is advantageous. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and risk awareness. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
