About the role In light of Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, HKEX has established the Central Client Services Department with expectations. The Central Client Services is looking for a motivated Associate to join its Cash Client Services team. Job Duties: Job Duties: Responsibilities: Provide a key support for critical daily operations and independently performing operational duties such as on-boarding & off-boarding Exchange Participants, maintenance of Exchange Participant database and other peripheral systems Provision of quality support service to handle Exchange Participants' enquiries in timely manner Conduct user acceptance tests, draft procedures and checklist to support project implementation To undertake other special and ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: University degree or above 4+ years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Operations, Compliance and/or Client Services Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash markets A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships Great self-organization, task prioritization, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Putonghua) General Excel, VBA Programming and PowerBI skills is a plus Company Introduction: Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is one of the world's major exchange groups, and operates a range of equity, commodity, fixed income and currency markets.
