We are currently seeking a high caliber to join our department as Assistant Analyst , Investment Performance and Reporting. Principal responsibilities Prepare regular performance reports for institutional clients in a timely and accurately manner Maintain performance and attribution data quality and integrity Maintain internal controls, policies and procedures Provide attribution analysis and ex post investment risk related analytical support to business functions Work with relationship manager to cater new client request on reporting requirement Provide ad-hoc support as assigned from time to time Requirements University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications Around 2-3 years of experience in banking or asset management Good communication, problem-solving, numerical and analytical skills Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
