Responsibility: Supervise weekly or regular cashflow forecast, including update of cash flow projections, make funds available on need basis; Prepare business plans for new investments/projects and implement necessary infrastructure set-up; Monitor the financial operation and performance of PRC subsidiaries and joint venture to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations; Liaise with PRC tax agents, legal advisors, banks, master custodian, external auditor and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations; Assist in accounting operation, financial management, budgeting and auditing of investment portfolios; Prepare financial modelling and business proposals for new projects; Assist in conducting periodic review on relevant accounting policies, procedures and implementation of new financial systems; and Responsible to coordinate the annual audit of the financial records with the independent auditors
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience, gained from sizeable companies A qualified accountant with membership of a recognised professional accounting body Strong analytical mind, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and willingness to accept new challenges Relevant work experience in handling payment processing, treasury functions Good numerical sense and detailed-minded in planning/execution Strong leadership and organisational skills in coaching, motivating and retaining talent Ability to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
