Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in Hong Kong and China. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including institutional investors, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored equity derivatives solutions. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as traders, product specialists, and research teams, to develop customized solutions for clients. Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on equity derivatives products and strategies. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company. Provide ongoing support and exceptional service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of success in solution sales, specifically within the equity derivatives market. Strong knowledge of equity derivatives products, including options, futures, swaps, and structured products. Demonstrated experience in selling to Hong Kong and Chinese clients, with a deep understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to a diverse audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
