Responsibilities: Work closely with the fund managers and other members of the team in all facets of the equity investment process; Responsible for research of company fundamentals, policies, and macro conditions; Participate with special projects such as ESG investment framework; Participate with external and internal reporting materials; Assist with the preparation of marketing materials. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields; With CFA will be a plus; At least 2-3 years' relevant experience from buy-side and/or sell-side institutions; Attention to details and able to work under pressure; Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint); Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
