Job Duties: Provide full range of professional and high-quality administrative and secretarial support on business and personal affairs for executives Liaise and manage schedules/appointments/events with internal/external parties for executives Assist executives to manage projects, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally Prepare professional business correspondence, including reports and presentations Handle confidential information and exercise proper document management Assist in any other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned Occasional travel may be required
Job Requirements: Diploma or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines Minimum 5-10 years of solid working experience as a PA to senior executives, preferably from construction industry Highly responsible, self-motivated with superb interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking skills Strong sense of confidentiality and flexibility to changes Detail-oriented, able to work with tight deadline Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English, fluency in Putonghua is a plus Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
