They are currently in search of an Accounting Assistant with experience in in-house accounting to join their Finance team. This role primarily involves handling day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of the company Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, cheque preparation, and bank reconciliation Prepare invoices, process payments to vendors, and manage petty cash and expenses Process reimbursement claims for staff members Assist in producing monthly management reports and annual audits
Requirements: Possess a degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as MS Excel Excellent communication skills with a sense of responsibility, maturity, independence, and self-motivation
