About our client
Our client is a market leading MNC trading company, with close collaboration with top-tier cosmetic and luxury brands. Our client is seeking for a fresh graduate to join their Operation team, the right candidate will be handling project management, merchandising operation and sales support duties.
Responsibilities: Act as a main point of contact for all operation related enquiries; provide full spectrum operational support to the team; Proactively develop and manage project plans and provide regular updates; Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations, including Sales & Marketing team, Procurement team and Product Development team; Issue Sales Orders, follow up new orders and monitor forecasts and deliveries through to completion of projects; Handle customer enquiries and provide good service to customers.
Requirements: Degree holder of any discipline, preferably from Business Administration, Marketing and Supply Chain Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are welcomed Intern experience within retail opration, trading, supply chain, merchandising, sales support or customer service sectors will be an advantage Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing Good spoken and written English
