About the role

Fantastic opportunity to support the Regional Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives and projects across the region, including the execution of Brand, PR and Social Media campaigns.

You’ll be involved in the development and management of creative assets, content writing and translation, managing approvals processes and support on event planning.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with internal teams, insurance partners and external agencies to ensure timely and smooth implementation of regional marketing plans.
• Manage the creation of B2B and B2C campaign and brand marketing assets including creation, copywriting, and production to meet our product proposition and brand values.
• Produce and manage content for PR campaigns including articles, website, newsletters, video, press release etc. to maximise reach and engagement.
• Maintain our social media platforms and monitor user engagement to improve social media presence and campaign performance.
• Content writing and translation to support content development in English and Chinese and coordinate with external agencies on asset translation and proof-reading.
• Support the regional events and sponsorship calendar including onsite support and development of event assets.
• Understand our key global messaging for the development of financial and non-financial promotions across all key target markets within the regional footprint.

What you will bring

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a collaborative team spirit and a genuine passion for marketing
• Have the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced large scale environment
• Strong commercial experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, ideally in a regulated environment
• Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational skills
• Copywriting experience would be useful
• Clear, confident communication skills with a very high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential
• Knowledge of social media platforms in Hong Kong is preferred
