Experience in providing technical support for computer hardware (PC, laptop/notebook, mobile & handhelds, VC & multimedia equipment), and software (Windows 10, Microsoft Office, O365 & add-ins, Excel add-ins, etc.) Experience administering Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server. Basic network troubleshooting knowledge. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
