As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our external communications and shaping our brand image to both the public and key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
- Secure media placements and coverage in key publications and outlets
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness
- Assist in managing crisis communications and reputation management
- Coordinate and manage media interviews, events, and press conferences
- Create compelling and engaging content for various PR channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new PR opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in public relations or related field
- Demonstrated success in executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
- Strong network of media contacts and industry influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages for different audiences and channels
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in social media platforms and PR monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial industry or related field is a plus
