As the Global Brand Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values. You will lead a team of brand professionals to shape and enhance our brand identity, manage global brand campaigns, and drive brand awareness and recognition across various markets and channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global brand strategy that supports the company's vision, values, and business objectives
- Lead and inspire a team of brand professionals to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with product development, marketing, and communications initiatives
- Oversee the development and execution of global brand campaigns to drive brand awareness and recognition
- Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and growth
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality brand assets and campaigns
- Ensure brand compliance across all marketing and communication materials, both online and offline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all regions and markets
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on brand performance and campaign effectiveness
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- You should possess a global perspective and be able to position the brand in opposition to competitors on an international scale. A keen knowledge of global brands and marketing will be a favorable asset
- The incumbent will develop a precise understanding of EBC's business and branding, to collaborate with as well as support the success of the Business Development team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
