Responsibilities: To handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding financial reports, IPOs, circular, announcement and related financial document. To work closely with internal departments to handle customer enquiries and feedbacks to meet customer requirement and standard. To maintain quality customer relationship to achieve client’s satisfaction in a professional manner.
Requirements: Tertiary education or above; Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in customer service or relevant working experience is preferred; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work as a team player.; Proficiency in MS Office; 5-day work week, shift duties required with shift allowance and overtime pay; Fresh graduate will be considered as Trainee.
