職責:
負責清洗食具,廚房器具及保持廚房整潔
依照總管事的指示確保廚房衛生合乎酒店要求
入職要求:
具酒店或飲食業的相關工作經驗者優先
Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning utensils, kitchen equipment and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen
Follow instruction of Chief Steward and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
Requirements:
Having relevant experience in hotels / catering establishments will be an advantage
