Responsibilities:
Leadership and Representation:
Supervise and manage the logistics team in our Hong Kong office.
Act as the representative for our Hong Kong office in logistical matters.
Logistics Management:
Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize processes.
Quality Management:
Maintain and enhance quality control processes within the logistics function.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
Manage the RMA process, including returns, replacements, and refunds.
Work closely with customer service and other teams to address RMA-related issues.
Supply Chain Management:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes.
Customs Regulations and Procedures:
Possess extensive knowledge of customs regulations and procedures for each country in the region.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with quality management and RMA processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of individual country customs regulations and procedures.
Communication:
Effective communication skills to represent the Hong Kong office professionally.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic logistics challenges.
Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Results-Oriented:
Proven track record of achieving results in a logistics or supply chain role.
Eligibility to work in HONG KONG requires Hong Kong citizenship or HK Permanent Residency (PR)
