Job Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of data entry, bank receipt & payment reconciliation and checking staff expenses claim Support senior staff to provide full accounting services to our clients Assist in preparation of month-end closing Prepare bank movement details, manage bank payments, payments schedules and cash flow forecasts Drafting management reports and related schedules under supervision Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documentation Provide audit assistance, including preparing required documents, managing the document flow between client and auditor, reviewing draft audit reports, and preparing tax returns Assist in other ad hoc accounting assignments
Skills Required Bachelor’s degree holder in accounting or related discipline Possess good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of accounting system Must be an excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills and friendly personality Independent, well-organized Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
