The RoleReport to the ED and as a crucial finance advisor in formulating the business strategy and investment initiativesManage the end to end investment projects including but not limited to deal sourcing, origination & structuring, due diligence, modelling, resources allocation, post-deal management and financial analysis, with a main focus on the Greater China and SEA markets.Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, industry experts, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure proper execution and control
Your ProfileBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.Ideally around 8-15 years of solid investment / corporate finance / front office experience gained in sizable corporate / Private Equity / Asset ManagementExtensive knowledge on financial / capital marketsRegional Exposure is preferred; experience in Greater China & SEA regions would be a plusOpen to occasional travelImmediately available / short notice would be preferred
