Analyse and execute various real estate investment opportunitiesAssist the HK Team in real estate evaluation across APAC, especially within South KoreaPerform valuation analyses and prepare the model.Monitor real estate investments and due diligence on potential investmentsPrepare presentation materials for the teamAssist on ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
Strong analytical skills, expert in financial modelling / valuationBusiness / Finance related bachelor's degree holderExcellent command of Korean and English
