Job Summary: The Technology Infrastructure Shared Services team are the forefront of technology innovation, the team leverage latest design concepts, practices, and tools to deliver game-changing platform solutions for HKEX. Job Duties: Being the Associate, Infrastructure Solution Architect, you will thrive through delivering values, you are forward-thinking, and excited to drive innovative design. This is the new way of solution architecture in the digital journey of HKEX. You will collaborate with a team of Technology SMEs across Application Development, Infrastructure & Operations, Cloud and Automation CoEs, and Information Security teams, to create the robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Work with Solution Architects as consultant to guide cross-functional Technology teams in driving fit-for-purpose technical solutions in accordance to business requirements, reference architectures, and enterprise architecture roadmap. Interact and develop strong collaborative relationships with Application Development, Infrastructure & Operations, Workspace Technology, Cloud and Automation CoEs, and Information Security teams to agree on the solutions. Assist to craft software/platform/infrastructure roadmap, architecture plans, and engineering standards to support the business strategy. Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry practices in line with the business strategy. Assist to recommend alternative technologies and architecture approaches, e.g. Cloud placement, to improve operation efficiency and future-proofing of IT investment. Participate in discussion with Information Security, IT Risk & Control, and Second Line of Defense teams to drive secure, robust, and consistent solution design principles. Participate in discussion with senior stakeholders, IT leadership, and Architecture Governance forum on strategic vision of emerging technologies and platform solutions that bring positive impact to the organization. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of working experience of providing infrastructure design and implementation. Knowledge on Application, Workspace Technology, Infrastructure and Data architectures for On-premise and Cloud solutions. Knowledge of architectural frameworks and the ability to produce effective design principles. Knowledge on Enterprise grade systems infrastructure. Experience on providing total solution on infrastructure services i.e. Provisioning, Automation, Monitoring, Security, Resilience, Backup and Recovery, etc. Experience on providing solution design for integration of SaaS services with cloud/on-premises components. e.g. Single Sign-On, SIEM, etc. Experience on providing Active Directory and Email solutions. Demonstrate a wider view of the technology trends in the industry and communicate a passion for digital products and services. Ability to quickly comprehend new technologies and assess their potential impact and value for the organization. Exposure to Workspace Technology design and implementation is a plus. Strategic, innovative, strong problem solver and wiling to challenge status quo. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
