Our client, a leading global advisory firm working with private companies across private equity and assets are hiring. You will need to be a Cantonese & Mandarin speaker. It is a small office and you will be working closely with Partner. This would suit someone that can work independently, is self-driven and happy in a quiet office environment but you would also have a lot of flexibility and a global team to support you. The Junior Sales will be part of a dynamic team that works closely within the sales function to provide support to General Partners with their fundraising efforts. Some of the typical responsibilities include: To prepare pre and post-meeting notes; Assist with collating and maintaining investor updates; Attending investor meetings and writing up the minutes of the meetings; Completing specific investor information requests; Assist in collating of client target lists; Assist in roadshow management; Conducting marketing research and investor market mapping; Assist in preparation of sale reports; Assist compliance with European checks and regulations; To maintain the CRM system; and Completing project work as required.
