Job Responsibilities: Manage and follow-up closely on the daily schedule of your senior executives; Handle extensive travel arrangement such as business trip visa, flight and hotel booking and expense processing; Deal with external and internal clients in a pro-active and professional manner; Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, etc; Sit in business meetings and take minutes, whenever necessary; Prepare presentations, proposals, correspondence, reports, etc.in a timely manner; Translate documents from English to Chinese or vice versa, whenever necessary; Ensure to keep all clients lists and internal records up-to-date; Maintain a proper and systematic filing system; Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned; Cover other secretaries, whenever necessary (especially during leave); Attend and take all relevant compliance and risk training; fulfill all compliance responsibilities as required for the job; participate in raising risk awareness in the department; comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; and contribute to the reporting of all incidents. Job Qualification Bachelor degree in any discipline; Formal secretarial training; Minimum 3 years' relevant secretarial experience, preferably with investment banks exposure and serving Sales & Trading department/Senior Management; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua; Proficient in computer - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent in Chinese word processing
