Assistant Vice President, Insurance Products

Responsiblities Manage the product development process and manage existing product portfolio to match the product and distribution strategy (covering life insurance, general insurance and MPF) Provide support in formulating insurance product strategies and business plans with detailed product intelligence and market research for meeting business targets Lead the implementation of business tactics, collaboration with various functions and act as subject matter expert in cross functional projects Contribute to the development, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance Be responsible for the product governance, including but not limited to conducting insurer and product due diligence, regular product review and monitor of relevant management intelligence  Requirements Degree / Diploma or above with professional qualifications such as FLMI / LOMA Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance products, preferably with exposure to the bancassurance, project management or insurance sales Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication and analytical skills  Work independently and proactively, self-driven, good team players Sound knowledge of application software including Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
