Main Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support to both Bond and RSF desks   Monitor systems used by both desks to ensure smooth operation   Work closely with business users to identify and understand their needs   Collaborate with other support teams to ensure integration is working as expected   Set up new users and amend user configurations   Write and maintain documentation   Participate in the necessary technical meeting   Participate in agile meetings (daily, retrospectives, etc.)   Participate in non-regression campaigns   Raise alert adequately on the risks encountered during the conception of features (cost, delay, resources)   Manage incidents (P1 & P2) and urgent requests when appropriate to decrease impact and resolution time.  Legal Specific Systems within FO Booking and Risk are responsible for the (non-exhaustive list): Murex GDM Orchestrade Apex Administration to be filled by all members of the team: Calitrack for Incidents and time ticketing DIANA / Leavenet for man-days Key Internal Contacts: Murex GDM and Apex Global support teams FO, sales, operations, and MAM teams in APAC regions Other applicative teams, either downstream or upstream, in APAC (mainly Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore), Europe, or the US. Key External Contacts: Murex and Apex Vendor Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Hong Kong Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.   Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure you are fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence. Qualifications / Skills Required Higher Education (Degree or equivalent) in computer science, maths, physics or engineering Rigorous and organized Proactive, independent, and proven ability to work under tight targets and pressure Fluent in English   1 year contract, extendable
