We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Secured & Unsecured Loan Products. Principal responsibilities Formulate robust business plans and strategies and steer respective development and implementation to drive loan balances, revenue and market share growth Devise insight-led acquisition and retention strategies and oversee program execution for acquiring new , and retaining existing lending relationship of strategic segments throughout customer lifecycle Formulate pricing strategies with reference to market situation and competitive landscape while managing portfolio profitability on both secured and/ or unsecured loan products to maximize risk adjusted returns Steer channel optimization for acquisition and development of new / enhanced products / features, digital capabilities and journey design for growing lending business and uplifting customer experience and conversion. Collaborate with Risk on credit risk and opportunities management such as review of underwriting criteria, evaluate and balance risks taken and revenue generated, as well as directing the development of effective credit control measures Oversee streamlining of end-to-end lending business origination process to enhance operation efficiency. Work closely with operation units to manage robust capacity planning and operational risks including the identification, assessment, mitigation and controls escalation, and reporting on those risks Determine market positioning and guiding marketing strategies to create brand awareness and preferences. Drive effective hyper-personalized communication / messaging via test and learn to enhance marketing effectiveness and groom customer engagement Requirements University degree in Finance or related disciplines. Minimum of 10 years' relevant banking experience, with proven experience on product development and portfolio management With strong business acumen and high ability in problem solving, analyzing business / market challenges and drive changes, and devise strategies in managing growth and product profitability Strong leadership skills to steer and motivate staff to evolve business model, execute business plan and achieve strategic agendas.
